JOIN THE PILOT
Help us build
what comes next.
Evolis is taking its first practical steps toward a global cooperative of independent coaches who share ownership, responsibility, values, and a way of working.
We're now inviting a small group of coaches to join our pilot, work with real clients, and help us learn what this model needs to become.
OUR VISION
A future of work built on shared ownership.
A future of work built on the same principles we coach: shared ownership, collaboration over competition, and trust in unlimited human potential — starting with the coaching profession itself.
OUR MISSION
Improve the relationship between coaches and the people they serve.
We build a sustainable, equitable future for coaches through our cooperative model. At the same time, we help individuals, teams and organisations turn insights into actions and lasting growth — primarily through coaching, supported by focused workshops and wellbeing practices.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Integrity
Authenticity
Trust
Fairness
Equal accessibility
Solidarity
WHY A COOPERATIVE?
Because coaches should have a stake in what they build.
After more than 20 years of experience in coaching, we've seen how traditional marketplaces and platforms often create a different relationship between coaches and the organisations that own them.
We want to explore another possibility: independent coaches coming together as owners and stakeholders of the organisation they help create.
A cooperative seems to us the right business form to test this idea — one built around shared ownership, collaboration and responsibility rather than a model designed primarily for external owners or investors.
THE PILOT IS WHERE WE BEGIN
The cooperative doesn't exist yet.
We're testing the idea before we formalise it. There are no membership fees and no permanent membership rules at this stage.
During the pilot, the Founders will establish a temporary framework that allows us to work together, serve clients, and learn from the experience. When the cooperative takes shape, its future governance, responsibilities, and ways of working will be informed by what we learn together.
PILOT EARNINGS
2/3
to the coach
1/3
to the Evolis Fund
During the pilot, the Evolis Fund covers the costs of building and running the foundations of the project — such as registration, website maintenance and other initial expenses. It is not the Founders' profit.
Evolving Human Potential – Together
For now, we're simply looking for coaches who share these values and are willing to take the first steps with us.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
The pilot is our first real-world test.
We're starting small, working with real clients and real coaching engagements. The purpose is not simply to deliver a good coaching experience, but to learn what it takes to build Evolis together.
~3
MONTHS
The expected duration of the pilot.
1–2
CORPORATE CLIENTS
The initial scope we're planning to work with.
1:1
COACHING
Individual coaching for participants of the pilot.
8
SESSIONS
The planned coaching journey for each participant.
WHAT WE ARE TESTING
01
The participant experience
Does our curated journey help people find and work effectively with a coach who fits their needs?
02
The coach experience
Does this way of working create a meaningful and workable experience for independent coaches?
03
The economics
Can the model generate enough value to support the people, infrastructure and costs needed to make it sustainable?
04
Working together
Can independent coaches build and take responsibility for a shared organisation together?
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We learn first.
Then we decide.
The pilot is deliberately designed as a learning stage. What happens afterwards will depend on what we discover together.
01
Continue and build
If the model works and there is a shared willingness to continue, we move toward formally organising the cooperative, potentially registering it in the UK or USA.
02
Refine and test again
If we learn that parts of the model need to change, we'll adjust them and run another pilot rather than rushing to formalise something that isn't ready.
03
Reconsider the model
If the experience shows that the cooperative model itself needs substantial rethinking, we'll take that learning seriously too.
This is a pilot, not a promise of what comes next.
It's a chance to find out, together, whether the idea works in the real world.
THE PARTICIPANT EXPERIENCE
From finding the right coach
to moving forward.
The pilot gives participants a simple, supported way to find a coach, begin their journey, and reflect on what they take away from it.
01
REFLECT
Participant Coaching Compass
The participant starts by completing the Coaching Compass, sharing what is changing, what they are looking for, and what kind of support might be useful.
02
CURATE
Evolis creates a shortlist
We review the Compass and curate two or three coaches whose experience and approach may be relevant to the participant.
Participants can also choose a coach independently.
03
CHOOSE
The participant chooses
The participant explores the suggested coaches, can request a short discovery conversation if appropriate, and chooses the coach they would like to work with.
04
COACH
Eight-session journey
After choosing their coach, the participant pays for the journey and books their sessions directly through the coach's scheduling system.
Calendly, Cal.com, or another scheduling tool can be used.
05
CHECK IN
Support during the journey
Evolis checks in with the participant during the journey. If the coaching relationship doesn't feel right, the participant can explore another coach at no extra cost.
06
REVIEW & LEARN
Reflecting on what changed
At the end, the participant and coach complete a final Compass and review the journey. The learning also becomes part of the collective learning from the pilot.
YOUR ROLE AS A COACH
You focus on the coaching.
We support the journey around it.
Your responsibility is the coaching relationship and the agreed sessions with your participant. Evolis takes care of the surrounding journey: the Compass, curation, participant communication, check-ins, and pilot learning.

GET READY
Onboarding & pilot information
After the Agreement is in place, we'll share the additional information you need for the pilot, including the practical process for working with participants and the tools you'll use.
This includes your scheduling link and the tools you use for online coaching, such as Zoom or Google Meet.
WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU
Come with your experience, and your curiosity.
At this stage, you don't need to commit to a future cooperative structure that doesn't exist yet. We simply ask that you share Evolis' values and are willing to participate in the pilot as both a coach and a fellow learner.
We want to hear what works, what doesn't, what needs to change, and what we haven't thought of yet.
We're excited to see you among our first pilot colleagues.
FAQ
A few things you may be
wondering about.
You've read about the idea, the pilot, and what joining involves. Here are some of the practical questions you may still have.
?
Is Evolis already a cooperative?
Not yet. The cooperative is the direction we're working toward, not an existing legal structure.
The pilot is where we test the idea in practice and learn what would be needed before deciding whether and how to formalise it.
?
Do I have to commit to becoming a cooperative member?
No. There is no commitment to a future structure that doesn't exist yet.
For the pilot, we're simply asking you to share the values, participate as a coach and fellow learner, and help us discover what works.
?
Is there a fee to join the pilot?
No. There is no membership fee to join the pilot.
The pilot is designed to test the model in real-world conditions, not to create a financial barrier for coaches who want to take part.
?
How does the payment work?
During the pilot, the working model is that two thirds of the coaching fee goes to the coach and one third goes to the Evolis Fund.
The Fund covers foundational costs such as registration, website maintenance and other pilot expenses. It is not intended as Founders' profit.
?
How many clients would I work with?
We currently expect each pilot coach to work with around one or two clients over approximately three months.
Each participant's journey consists of eight coaching sessions, so this would mean roughly 8–16 coaching hours during the pilot.
?
Do I need to use a specific coaching platform?
No. You can use the tools you normally work with.
For scheduling, we expect coaches to provide a Calendly, Cal.com or similar link. Coaching sessions can take place through Zoom, Google Meet or your usual video platform.
?
What happens if a participant doesn't feel the fit is right?
That's part of what we're testing.
Evolis checks in with the participant during the journey. If the coaching relationship doesn't feel right, we'll help them explore another coach at no extra cost.
?
What happens after the pilot?
We don't make big plans, and that's intentional.
We'll look at what we've learned from participants, coaches, the economics and the way we've worked together. From there, we may continue building, refine and test again, or reconsider the model itself.
LET'S TALK
Have a thought,
a question, or a yes?
We'd love to hear from you.
If something you've read here resonates, or if you'd simply like to understand the idea better, get in touch. There's no need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
Let's see what we can build together.
